Privacy policy.

How Innovative Synthesis Solutions Ltd. (“ISS”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects personal data in connection with this website. Last updated 9 August 2026.

Who we are

Innovative Synthesis Solutions Ltd. is an independent analytical laboratory specializing in peptide and research compound analysis. This policy covers the personal data we process through this website — the contact form, the Certificate of Analysis verification tool, and the cookies described below. Personal data we collect in connection with an actual sample submission or testing engagement is handled under the terms agreed at that point, consistent with this policy.

Data we collect

  • Contact form submissions — name, email address, phone number (optional), organization (optional), subject and message content.
  • Certificate verification lookups — the verification code you enter. A lookup is not linked to any individual and reveals nothing beyond the certificate itself; our records carry no client-identifying information against a verification event.
  • Direct correspondence — if you email us or contact us by another channel, we hold that correspondence and any personal data it contains.
  • Cookies and similar technologies— see “Cookies” below.

How we use it

  • to respond to enquiries submitted through the contact form
  • to discuss and administer analytical testing engagements
  • to issue Certificates of Analysis and support their online verification
  • to protect our forms from automated abuse (see “Cookies”)
  • with your consent, to measure how the website is used and how our communications perform
  • to meet our legal and regulatory record-keeping obligations

Legal basis

Where the UK/EU General Data Protection Regulation applies, we rely on: contract, or steps taken at your request before one, to respond to testing enquiries and deliver laboratory services; legitimate interest, to operate and secure this website and the verification tool; consent, for analytics and marketing cookies; and legal obligation, where record-keeping is required for testing and certification.

Cookies

This website asks for consent before loading anything beyond what is strictly necessary. What we — and the services we use — set:

  • iss_admin_session (set by This site) — Keeps staff signed in to the admin console. Strictly necessary.
  • iss_cookie_consent (set by This site) — Remembers your answer to the cookie banner. Strictly necessary.
  • cf_* (Cloudflare Turnstile) (set by Cloudflare) — Anti-spam check on the contact and Certificate of Analysis verification forms, where enabled. Strictly necessary.
  • _ga, _ga_*, _gid (set by Google Analytics 4) — Measures page views and visitor journeys. Analytics — loaded only with consent.
  • _fbp, _fbc (set by Meta Pixel) — Attributes visits and conversions to Meta campaigns. Marketing — loaded only with consent.

You can change your answer at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer. Declining analytics and marketing cookies does not affect your ability to use the contact form or the certificate verification tool. The public site also stores a dismissed announcement in your browser’s session storage — that is not a cookie, never leaves your device, and clears when the tab closes.

Third parties who process data on our behalf

  • Google (Google Analytics 4) — website usage analytics, loaded only with consent.
  • Meta (Meta Pixel / Conversions API) — advertising measurement, loaded only with consent.
  • Cloudflare (Turnstile) — spam and bot protection on our forms.
  • Supabase — hosts the database behind this website, in the EU (Ireland) region.
  • Vercel — hosts this website.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area or United Kingdom. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards those providers make available, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep data

  • A cookie consent answer is held in your browser for the period stated when you give it, never more than 12 months.
  • Contact form submissions and correspondence are kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, and for a reasonable period afterward for our records.
  • Records relating to samples submitted for testing and the certificates issued from them are retained in line with the laboratory’s quality-management and record-keeping requirements.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:

  • ask what personal data we hold about you and receive a copy
  • ask us to correct inaccurate data
  • ask us to delete data we no longer have a reason to hold
  • object to, or ask us to restrict, certain processing
  • ask for data you provided to be given to you in a portable format
  • withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before you withdrew it
  • complain to your national data protection supervisory authority

To exercise any of these, contact us using the details below.

Children
